Bhí bliain iontach suimiúil againn anseo sa scoil agus ba mhaith liom buíochas ó chroí a ghabháil do ghach duine a chabhraidh linn le ceol, spórt, spraoi agus foghlaim a thabhairt isteach i saol ár bpáistí. Ó gach duine anseo sa scoil, tá súil againn go mbíonn saoire taitneamhach agaibh i rith an tSamhraidh agus táimid ag siúl cheana féin le tús na scoilbhliana nua ar an 30ú Lúnasa 2016.

We’ve all spent a very busy and interesting year here in Gaelscoil an Ghoirt Álainn and we would like to sincerely thank everyone involved in bringing music, sport, fun and learning into the lives of the children in our school. We wish you all a safe and enjoyable summer break and we look forward to seeing you all again on Tuesday the 30^th of August 2016, fully refreshed and ready to face into a new school year!

Leathlá:             Beidh leath lá againn sa scoil ar an Máirt an 28-06-2016. Beidh an scoil dúnta ag a 12.00. Scaoilfear amach na páistí ón scoil, de réir a chéile,  ó 11.50 ar aghaidh.

11.50am  Naíonáin.                                                 12.05pm Rang 1 go dtí 5.

The school will close at 12.00 on Tuesday next 28-06-2016. Junior and senior infant classes can be collected from 11.50, while 1^st to 5^th classes can be collected at 12.05 to facilitate the school with traffic issues. Children with siblings in infant/higher classes can go home together at any of the above times.

Éadaí dara lámha scoile ar díol Dé hAoine & Dé Luan ó 8.45 – 10:00 & ó 1.00 – 2.30 From these times on Friday and Monday next a second hand school uniform sale will take place in the hall.

Beidh an suíomh scoile www.gortalainn.ie á choimeád suas chun dáta, má tá scéal faoin scoil etc, i rith na saoire. Tá físeáin na bliana anseo freisin.

School books. Can all parents please settle school fees before 12.00 Tuesday or contact the office to make other arrangements.
